How our promotions work
Can I combine multiple discounts? +
Limited combinations are allowed. Early bird (30%) can stack with group rates (25%), but cannot combine with other promotional offers. Contact us for your specific booking eligibility—we sometimes make exceptions for genuine multi-country journeys.
Which discounts apply to permits (gorilla, chimp, etc.)? +
Group discounts apply to accommodation and guide fees only. Permits are set by each country's government (Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania) and cannot be discounted. However, bundling multiple activities can offset permit costs.
When do I pay and lock in the discounted rate? +
A 30% deposit locks in your promotional price at booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 1 month before departure. No price adjustments are made after your deposit—your rate is guaranteed.
Are offers valid for solo travelers? +
Yes, but with limitations. Group discounts (25%) require 4+ travelers. Solo travelers can access early bird (30%) and multi-country combination offers (15%). Single supplements may apply to some lodges.
Do these deals apply to custom/private safaris? +
Custom itineraries are priced individually but may qualify for early bird discounts or multi-country savings. Request a custom quote and mention which offer you're interested in—we'll apply the best savings possible.
What if my preferred offer expires before I book? +
Contact us immediately. While offers have set end dates, we often honor expired promotions for genuine inquiries, especially for multi-country bookings. We're fair-minded and won't penalize delayed planning.
Can I extend my safari if I find discounts? +
Absolutely. Many travelers add extra days (lodge stays, beach relaxation, cultural visits) at discounted rates. Let us know before finalizing—we can bundle extensions with your original offer for additional savings.
